The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was rich and served by always smiling staff. The location of the hotel was nice and very convenient, especially for visiting the beautiful surroundings and this city. The hotel had a large parking area, which was closed at night. The rooms were spacious and clean. We also appreciated the hospitality tray and kettle provided in the rooms. The hotel bar was welcoming, and we enjoyed the unexpected outside area and pool, especially in good weather. Most of the staff were friendly and engaging.

The hotel is conveniently located just off the motorway junction, making it easy to find. It is near the busy dual carriageway on the fringe of the Industrial Estate. it is very close to the busy motorway junction, making it a convenient choice for travelers.
Some guests have mentioned that the service in the restaurant was slow and that more staff were needed.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for me as it was right off the motorway, making it easy to find. The room was spacious and the bed was large and comfortable. I appreciated the ample storage space for my clothes, which was important since I was staying for a few days. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, from the friendly and welcoming reception to the excellent breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, there was plenty of choice and variety, including scrambled eggs and sausage. The outdoor swimming pool and park area were a bonus, providing a great place to relax and unwind after a long drive. And the fact that there was free parking and Wi-Fi made my stay even more convenient.
Without a doubt, I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends. The location, amenities, and service provided here are definitely worth experiencing.

Comfortable bed, quiet room. Varied and good breakfast. Convenient location near motorway. Easy to find outside town. Older hotel, but food is good. Ample parking, seems secure. Rooms are spacious with hospitality tray and kettle. Welcoming bar, unexpected outdoor area and pool. Mostly friendly and engaging staff.
